Anti-Racism Training with Andre Koen, 10 AM to 11:30 AM:

For the last 15 years, Andre has been a diversity trainer in Minnesota and has a deep commitment
to fostering inclusive, equitable work environments. His time as a K-12 classroom teacher, an
affirmative action officer, and college faculty has given him a solid platform for looking at diversity
and inclusion in new and different ways. He has held positions at Twin Cities Orthopedics, Mayo
Clinic, and several local colleges, where he was instrumental in addressing disparities.
