2017 is an election year in Minneapolis. Join us to learn more of what the 5CD Green Party is doing this year and participate in candidate endorsement. So far five candidates are seeking Green Party endorsement for local offices in Minneapolis.

On February 25 we will consider endorsement of three candidates for Minneapolis City Council: Cam Gordon, incumbent in Ward 2, Samantha Pree-Stinson, Ward 3, and Ginger Jentzen, Ward 3, and one for Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board, Charles Exner, District 3. 

A second endorsing meeting for additional candidates will be scheduled soon.

Each candidate has five minutes to speak and 10-15 minutes for Q&A. Because Samantha Pree-Stinson and Ginger Jentzen are screening for the same seat, the vote for them will take place at the same time.
