4. Consider/discuss recognizing a new GP of MN Caucus: The Muslim-American Caucus
that has 10 members, a Mission Statement and has selected Maamoun Slayhi and Rafia
Omer as co-leaders in the interim till the end of the year.  (see related bylaws at the
end of the packet)
5. Discuss mailing and winter membership meeting/gathering. Proposal to get a plan, to
train some more of us to help update database.  
6. Discuss date for summer biennial membership meeting, identify party business that can
be done then and identify planning group. 
7. Consider proposal to work on cleaning up office space, including calling for someone to
lead the effort, call for volunteers and set up cleaning session.
