Curious about what the Green Party stands for and what Greens do? Hear two Greens describe two guiding principles of the international Green Party--Grassroots Democracy and Social and Economic Justice--and learn how Greens work for these values in the world.

Co-Chair of the 5th Congressional District Greens, Former Chair of the Green Party of Minnesota

Scott Raskiewicz speaks on “Social and Economic Justice”
Former Green Congressional candidate for the 4th District, former St. Paul School Board candidate, 2001 book author of “Economic Democracy: Ending the Corporate Domination of Our Lives”

5-minute presentations followed by discussion.

This event is fragrance-free, in respect to those who are highly sensitive to scents.

Location: The library is south of I-694 on the west side of Shingle Creek Parkway. Enter the lot at the intersection labeled Hennepin County Service Branch/John Martin Drive. Inside the library door, go to the left off the circular lobby, to Meeting Room B.

Be aware of possible delays due to road construction on I-694.
